What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, earrings, and beauty products.

How do I return an item?

Returning an item is easy. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account and go to 'My Orders'
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Choose your reason for return and print your return label
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  5. Attach the return label and drop off at your nearest courier location

Who pays for return shipping?

Free returns are available for customers in Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, and select countries in Asia Pacific.

For international returns outside these regions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team immediately.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team to check availability of your desired size or color
  2. Return your original item following our standard returns process
  3. We will ship your exchange item once we receive and process your return

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is not available, we will process a full refund instead.

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologize if you've received a faulty or incorrect item. Please contact our customer service team immediately at 1-855-214-7782 or via our contact page.

We will arrange for a free return collection and send you a replacement item or process a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.

Please include photos of the faulty item when contacting us to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Swimwear and beachwear
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and fragrances
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions

Gift cards and e-gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
